Arabic legal research for lawyers
An Arabic legal-research product for lawyers. The app is invite-only; the landing page is public.
2D:4D finger-ratio measurement with computer vision
Measures the index-to-ring finger ratio from palm photos. An iPhone app captures 24 guided frames with depth data; an on-device model finds four finger landmarks. The server re-measures and withholds a number when the frames disagree.

TechDev (شركة تيكديف) is a Saudi software company based in Riyadh, founded in 2025. It designs, builds and runs software: its own products and software for clients.
Four kinds: AI and search over large Arabic document collections, including MCP servers and OCR; computer vision and native iPhone and iPad apps; platforms and SaaS with accounts, payments, assessments and PDF reports; and company websites with the servers they run on.
Products include the Saudi Legal Research Platform (about 76,000 Saudi court judgments with semantic search), Digitus (2D:4D finger-ratio measurement with computer vision), MarginIQ, Qudrat, Tanafus, Hawkama, Dabt GRC, INSIAB and Ibn Baz Fatawa. Client work includes websites for Riyadh Al-Ibdaa Schools, Refd Business, Wekad Manufacturing and TACO Metal Industries.
